Week 2 vegan kickstart Day 1

Based on last weeks hits and misses i wasn’t expecting anything as per weight loss. but i went down by about 0.4kg small step but encouraging.
week 2 starting weight is 107.7kg
waist unknown
face; not yet smooth
energy; still okay
Today
breakfast Ofada and vegetable stirfy
lunch; roasted corn
snacks 2 mangos.
whole wheat bread.
half cup of oats and banana
popcorn. Today I have been very hungry. day 1 done.
