Day 5

breakfast; rice and beans
lunch: yam
dinner; smoothie( cucumber, kale, ginger, banana, and pine apple)
i chewed a lot of garri in between.
i still feel okay. craving meat though
i think i have missed one day.
week 1 is almost done i have today and sunday.
week 2 i plan to be more creative with my meals and to write more.
